Great care and pharmacist.
Norwood needs more appointment and less time waiting on phone.
Phoning at 8 am in the morning is not good when you have a baby?
I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for my 3 wk old baby to be seen?
and a month for myself?
Reception staff need more training/ they have forgotten to pass messages on and have questioned me when I said it was urgent!
On a good note Jean on reception is great, they should take training from her!

Good when or if you can get appt. Not very often as been trying for 7 weeks to get an appt with Dr Burrows. To change medication from consultants meeting in Ulverston. Some receptionists attitude poor told to ring at 8:00 for some day appt rang at 8:00 prompt already 23 people in Que.
More G.P's in order to carry out more home visits for housebound patients.
We have a dedicated GP each day for home visits, sometimes more than one. They each have a whole morning to do the visits for that day.
Nothing.
Can't get appointment when you need one.
